- We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for a recruitment team member who can share our enthusiasm and motivation to take the Company to the next level.
- The role will involve some tele-sales so you must be comfortable in conversing with people on a professional level over the phone. Using the information obtained from these conversations, you will build marketing databases to include accurate contact details of key decision makers for both new and existing customers. Once the customer has agreed to use our staffing services you will use your skills and growing confidence to develop long-term relationships so that Respond are considered as their ‘go to’ Agency when they need staff at short notice
- Another key responsibility of the role is to attract a large pool of experienced candidate. This will allow you to build capacity to maintain existing and develop new business. You will be encouraged to use your creative side to do this and all ideas that you have will be warmly received and actioned where possible. Current methods of candidate attraction include using job boards, social media and current staff referrals. You will be responsible for Organising a regular schedule of candidates registrations in which qualifications, referencing and compliance checks will take place.
