Admin duties to include:

  • Answering telephone calls/making telephone calls
  • Maintaining partner diary
  • New client set up due diligence work
  • Entering on practice management system
  • Disengagement letters
  • AML checks for new clients
  • Paper filing
  • Paper shredding
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning to files
  • Client visits – collecting/dropping client papers (if needed but not essential)
  • Letters/emails to clients
  • Sales ledger control
  • Light office cleaning
  • Reception work
  • Data entry to software
  • Sundry AD HOC work as required 

Full training is provided 

Working week:
Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm
Total hours per week: 37.50
