You will assist in the smooth daily running of Smart Process by carrying out your job requirements to the highest standard, while maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to clients via the telephone. It is an essential part of the role to ensure that clients experience working with Smart Process is a positive one, and therefore a thorough and methodical approach to the role is vital.

Taking/processing orders
Recording stock coming in and going out
Recording stock take information on the system
Assisting with invoices
Receiving incoming calls
Processing orders

Training to be provided

On the job training.
Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Training on Sage (order processing system)
Training on emails (how to structure, etc)
Training on the phone (phone manor, inbound and outbound calls)
Basic accounts training (chasing overdue accounts, sending statements)
Maths and English functional skills if needed.
