The job role is varied but the main duties will be:
Being able to confidently make phone calls and have conversation with candidates who are seeking work
Following a script and use your own initiative when making calls
Working with the Recruitment team to work on a number of urgent roles with fast turnaround times
This involves being able to follow instructions
Reviewing CV’s, interviewing and prepping candidates for roles
Creating job adverts.
Good communication skills
Desire to grow with the business
IT literate – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Can work well under pressure
