Vacancy description

  • The provision of a local support service to all staff, resolving issues with IT systems and equipment, acting as a liaison between the practice and external agencies, for the timely management of all faults
  • To maintain inventory of the Practice IT stock
  • To control the loan of IT equipment and maintain an appropriate register
  • Support the team in the use of the clinical and other systems
  • To ensure the practice website is current and reflects the objectives of the practice
  • To maintain the Practice’s profile on social media
  • To support the call/recall process for a number of campaigns i.e. flu by sending mail merge and bulk SMS
  • Ensure staff are made aware of their requirements to support upgrades and patching of software
  • To monitor and process e-consult requests via the Practice email
  • To monitor, process and signpost all emails arriving via the Practice email
  • To support the Team in process Subject Access Requests
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor and/or Practice Manager to support the wider Practice Team

Working week
Monday – Friday 8 – 6 1 hr lunch
Total hours per week: 40.00

Weekly wage
£200.00
