Our Client is looking for a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.

We are a well established independently owned and family run estate agency specialising in the sale and letting of residential property with branches in Woodseats, Gleadless and Dronfield. We pride ourselves on our expert local knowledge along with our hands on pro-active approach towards selling and letting property which we feel gives us a competitive edge over our competition. All of our staff have a wealth of experience of the property market and all live within the local area. Our passion and determination to sell and let property is matched only by our investment to leave no stone unturned with the extensive marketing and promotion of our properties. We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to ensure that we are maximising the exposure of our properties both online and in print to give our clients the best possible opportunity of a sale for the best possible price within an optimum timescale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Working with customers to maintain a professional and positive image at all times
  • Use a telephone system for incoming and outgoing calls and taking accurate messages
  • IT – Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook are essential
  • Accurate emails
  • Providing support for general admin duties
  • Compiling and checking documents
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Scanning documents
  • Typing duties
  • Joining staff on property viewings
  • Any other duties required

We have an excellent job opportunity with a leading Estate Agent who deals with predominantly lettings and are committed to delivering a quality personal service to clients and tenants. The role involves working within a friendly team, undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

This is an ideal opportunity for those who like to undertake a variety of tasks and can multitask with ease. You will be expected to turn your hand to various jobs whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Support and Training will be provided throughout.

Your working hours will be a routine 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a weekly wage of £175

The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard. There will be the opportunity to move onto the level 3 upon completion and there is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements.
