We work totally remotely, with access to a club working space in central Southampton. We offer 50% of parking in the back of the walls carpark on days when people use the club working space. At other times we will set employees up from working at home. Our club working space is great – it’s a bit like a spa without the treatments. Music, bar, plenty of desk spaces, meeting rooms and shared areas for meetings.
We share our space with other small/medium growing businesses therefore there is always a buzz around the place. Stellamariners (what we call our team members) have the autonomy to choose when they work, therefore we can’t always guarantee that there will be other team members around, however there will always be people around. We have lots of events, meet ups and check ins in person, on video and have a group WhatsApp 24/7
