▪ Consider Succession Planning and its value to business as a risk management tool

Course Pre-requisites:

This programme is for you if you are involved in Strategic Talent Management and or Succession Planning in your business. You may be a HR Specialist or Line Manager who is looking to implement, enhance or transform your current Talent Management approach
