I can email with any problems or questions I have and receive guidance straight away

Before starting my apprenticeship I didn’t really know what I wanted to do after school and had no idea of my ambitions and goals. I went to college for about 3 days and shorty realised that this wasn’t something I wanted to do. I then found myself lost but was advised by a friend what Key Training had to offer and found a number of apprenticeships I wanted to try. I shortly found an employer and thought it would be something different and challenging to put my mind too. With help from Key Training employees I soon got to the interview stage and received a call saying I had got the job.

I have now worked here for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made. Before starting here I was a very shy and nervous person, I found speaking to new people challenging and found fast pace situations stressful and would run away from any type of group task. Working in the bookings team has increased my confidence more than I ever thought it could. I now call customers and branches everyday and handle complaints and costings on a daily basis stress free. With help from my colleagues and Suzanne from Key Training I find myself turning into a more outgoing person everyday who is happy to speak in meetings and inform my supervisors what improvements can be made to heighten the business.

I couldn’t thank my employer enough for giving me the opportunity to do this and Key Training for helping me find the perfect apprenticeship for me. Suzanne from Key Training has also been a great help. I can email with any problems or questions I have and receive guidance straight away regarding the situation I’m struggling with and I look forward to seeing here whenever she visits.
