I have just passed my level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship with Key Training. I would just like to leave some feedback about my training consultant, Jade Woolley.
Jade has been a great mentor throughout the whole process. She has kept me up-to-date with any information I need, she always sent me any documents/information that she thought would be helpful to me and was always honest about everything from start to finish. She is a lovely person who is very easy to get along with and she made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my apprenticeship. I had no previous work experience so going into such a big company was a scary process, however Jade was so supportive, and I knew from the start that I had someone I could rely on and confide in.
Some parts of the course didn’t suit my workplace, but we managed to alter it and make it relevant, other than that I enjoyed the whole apprenticeship and I am really grateful of the opportunity. It has gotten me into a huge company and a place where I can develop even further. I may not have got as far as I have if it wasn’t for Jade, she has been such a brilliant mentor.
