Thaliwal & Veja Solicitors have an excellent opportunity for an administration Apprentice to join their team and learn all aspects of office administration within a legal practice. This is a great chance for someone to learn new skills and get an introduction to legal work with the potential of developing further skills in legal practice.

Day to day duties will include:

  • To ensure all necessary administration is done accurately and efficiently
  • Dealing with opening and closing of files
  • Answering the telephone
  • Copying, scanning and filing
  • Inputting data on the case management system
  • Supporting senior members of staff as required
  • Assisting in preparing court bundles
  • Attending client meetings and taking minutes

Training to be provided

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
