Our Client is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Data Entry (Spreadsheets)
  • Data Validation
  • Upkeep of reports and associated records
  • Administration of PPE/Office equipment and appropriate records
  • Registration of candidates and database upkeep
  • Creation of security cards
  • Managing holiday and absence data
  • Management of social media accounts

Support and Training will be provided throughout.

The right candidate may have the following skills and traits:

  • Customer service experience
  • Admin experience (Office Suite)
  • Strong IT, Marketing Skills
  • Experience of managing Social Media Accounts
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving abilities

Your working hours will be a routine 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday (Shifts to be confirmed) within the hours of 7am-4:30pm with a weekly wage of £175.
