Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Lettings Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.
Our client is an independent Bristol based lettings agent that do things differently.
Our client is looking for an affable and well-spoken individual with a helpful attitude to detail to join their experienced team. There is an overall team of 22 people however you will be working directly within a department of 4 people.
Our client has promised that the successful candidate will be supported by the senior office members who each have a wealth of experience to back them up.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position of a Lettings Administrator available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
- Booking in viewings over the telephone and via email
- Outbound calling of email enquiries we receive
- Conducting property viewings
- Carrying out referencing of prospective tenants
- Updating records
- Supporting our lettings administrator with administration support
Support and Training will be provided throughout.
The right candidate may have the following skills and traits;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adopt a calm approach in high-pressure situations
- Good knowledge of IT
- Good organisational skills
- High level of motivation
- Be able to use own initiative
- Ambitious individual, who is driven to achieve successful results
The working week will consist of a routine Monday – Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm, Fridays 8:30am-5:00pm (with a 45 minute lunch). You will also be required to work 1 in every 8 Saturday’s 10am-4pm, with time-off during the week. The weekly working hours will be 40.75. The weekly wage is set between £200-£230, to start.
You will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
