Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Virtual Customer Administrator to help manage our clients post requirement and love working together, with us, to ensure that our clients get an unprecedented level of service.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with a full-time available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
Managing a large volume of post on behalf of our clients
Scanning and emailing post to agreed timescales
Coordinating our partners and couriers
Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients
Providing cover to the Virtual Receptionist teams; promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients

A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Accurate and timely data entry skills
A confident telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
Willing to get stuck in
Driven and eager to succeed
Good IT, communication and telephone skills
A good standard of education, A-Level is desirable
Grades A-C (8-4) in maths and English are essential for this role
