Yoga and Breath Awareness at your Desk
This 45-minute session includes:
- explaining the importance of pausing
- reflecting for health (physical and mental) and how that can help us be effective and efficient at work
Taking time to pause and reflect, sitting in silence, noticing how it feels to come to stillness and pause. It incorporates movement (seated yoga postures and stretches at our desks), and finishes with breath awareness.
