The Challenge

Do it YOUR way- walk, run, cycle, row, swim, paddle, skate or mix it up!

Take part at home, during your commute or over the weekends. Will you choose 1.6km (1 mile) a day, challenge yourself to 12km per weekend, or go for gold and complete 50km in one day?

Claim all the glory and go it alone, or join as a team to split the distance.

Be a Life Changer by raising funds for Changing Lives charity, helping those facing homelessness, abuse, addiction and unemployment to live better lives.
