Coaching is a development approach in which leaders and managers talk with team members– or "coachees" – about work-related issues and ideas, in one-on-one sessions that are centred on the coachees' needs. Coaches don't point to solutions. Instead, they encourage coachees to find their own best way forward.
Coaching is an extremely powerful technique that can have life-changing results. This programme will help you understand the responsibility that the coach has for the coachee, as well as show you how to facilitate the development of your team members.
