It demonstrates how we can create a more harmonious and productive environment by relating in more constructive and co-operative ways. It’s the way by which he or she motivates team members and understands and manages the problems they’re experiencing. And it’s the process by which conflict and negativity are dealt with, and are turned into opportunity and positive action without compromising the needs of others.
