COURSE AIMS:

Our Communication Skills workshop will help you to understand how to have truly meaningful dialogue, which is understood by all parties involved. It demonstrates how we can create a more harmonious and productive environment by relating in more constructive and co-operative ways. It will also show you how to meet Communication is the process through which a message is transmitted from one person to another. As such, it is the “glue” that holds a team together. It’s the process by which the leader conveys the team’s goal and builds commitment to it. It’s the way by which he or she motivates team members and understands and manages the problems they’re experiencing. And it’s the process by which conflict and negativity are dealt with, and are turned into opportunity and positive action without compromising the needs of others.
