COURSE AIMS:

This programme has been designed for experience learning Practitioners to enable the transition from face to face delivery to using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Smart Assessor Smart Rooms, Adobe Connect or Microsoft Teams.

COURSE PRE-REQUISITES:

This program is for you if you are an existing trainer needing to develop the skills and knowledge to deliver courses over the internet. You are required to prepare materials that will assist in a practical session.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

On completion of this course delegates will be able to:

• Plan and structure an effective on-line training session
• Understand the functions available on different internet-based platforms
• Deliver stimulating sessions that are both informative and interesting
• Understand how to design learning programmes that appeal to a diverse range of learning styles
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in your delivery styles

COURSE CONTENT:

Introductions and Objectives

Pre-work session

• Each person is required to deliver a 5-minute training session to the main group
• The event is split into three sessions:

9.30> 10.30 structure and content

10.30> 11.30 preparing your session

11.30> 12.30 delivery and feedback

• Participants will all get the opportunity to observe and give feedback on each other's sessions
