Welcome to Key Training, we provide programmes of learning for young people who desire career-related knowledge and skills.
Our staff here at Key hold the care and safety of our young learners as paramount, and we have a raft of information in this section covering the most important policies that you may find useful knowing.
We also have career information and contact details of our career advisor, to give the young person guidance on next steps. We focus on Career Pathways as progression involves increasing levels of responsibility to eventually reach the young person's career goal. These discussions will inform and highlight the exciting opportunities that awaits the learners when they complete their programme.
There's also a selection of self help blogs for the young person to read through and to help them prepare for work, there's also the vacancy page offering apprenticeship roles across England.
To complete the picture we have the included your Local Enterprise Partner, they are responsible for local economic development in England. They are business-led partnerships that bring together the private sector, local authorities and academic and voluntary institutions.
We hope you find this information useful.
